Mateen Oil has been established since 1997. Mateen Oil Company is a regional oil and fuel corporation based in the Kurdistan region of Iraq-Duhok in Both Kurdistan and Iraq; it has ambitions to grow larger to work internationally. Mateen Oil has been established to meet the long-term growth needs, dwelling on local resources and capabilities. We are professionally managed by wise leadership with rich experience, business, and company management skills. We are very familiar with the economic situation and have a team of employees who are loyal to the company. 


The success of the corporate is driven by the rich experience of its executive management in managing corporate affairs and project business. Mateen Oil has a comprehensive and proven experience with over four (4) large gas stations. We have storage of up to 40,000,000 liters of fuel. We have been delivering fuel to companies and oil fields for over ten (10) years.

Ultimately, we believe in working with integrity and professionalism. Mateen Oil takes pride in having the most efficient fuel in Kurdistan. With the amount of equipment and manpower that the company has, we believe we can sustain and work with all of our clients.

CEO:Mr. Mateen Sulieman Khalid

Mr. Mateen Sulieman Khalid was born in 1987 to a family in Dohuk, in Northern Iraq. From a very early age, Mr. Mateen has been involved in trading and manufacturing oil. His family is well-known all around Northern Kurdistan in trading with fuel and oil products. Mr. Mateen obtained his degree at Zakho Technical Institute. In the mid-1990s, the first formal business was established at a remote location in Northern Kurdistan. With hard work and determination, the second station was opened in Northern Kurdistan. His father, Mr. Sulieman, ensured his son pursued his education while working. Being the small child in the family, he took the leadership role, and he has not stopped. Mr. Mateen is currently running four (4) Petrol stations in the Northern Kurdistan Region. Mr. Mateen's petrol station has a capacity of 40,000,000 storage space. Ultimately, Mr. Mateen is very proud of his accomplishment, and his best accomplishment is giving back to the community that appreciates him. Mr. Mateen is a lifelong learner and will continue to develop his business and himself.

Mateen Oil 1 was established in 2013, with a storage capacity of 10,500,000 Liters, that serves; Diesel, Gasoline, LPG, Kerosine,  Carwash,  Weighbridge, Market, and Oil Change Station. Mateen Oil 1 Consists of 75 employees, 8 Gasoline Pumps that are each 3 Hoses and 4 Diesel Pumps with 3 Hoses, 2 Kerosine pumps with 2 Hoses, and 1 LPG.

Mateen Oil 2 was established in 2017, with a storage capacity of 6,500,000 Liters, that serves Gasoline Kerosine Carwash Market Oil Change; Mateen Oil 2 Consists of 60 workers, 10 Gasoline Pump that have 3 Hoses and 1 Kerosine Pump with 3 Hoses, 1 Gasoline Pump with 1 Hose and 1 LPG

Mateen Oil 3 was established in 2021, with a storage capacity of 4,000,000 Liters, that serves Diesel - Gasoline - LPG - Kerosine - Carwash -Market - Oil Change, Mateen Oil 3 Consists of 67 workers, 8 Gasoline Pumps that are each 3 Hoses and 3 Diesel Pumps with 3 Hoses, 1 Kerosine Pump with 1 Hose and 1 LPG.

MATEEN OIL TESTING FACILITIES

Mateen Oil has its own Laboratory located in Semel, Dohuk Kurdistan. The following equipment tests are available.


We are very independent when working and getting the job done. We have efficient tools to be accurate when dealing with our clients. All these pieces of equipment make it easier for us to fulfill our client's needs.

ERAVAP

 This is a compact, highly precise, yet easy-to-use vapor pressure tester. It is known for vapor pressure testing with unmatched precision, speed, and versatility over the widest available temperature range from -20 °C to 120 °C (4 °F to 248 °F) on the market.

ERAFLASH

Measures fully complied with the Continuously Closed Cup flash point testing methods ASTM D6450, ASTM D7094, and the European equivalent IP620. ASTM D7094 shows no statistical bias to the former ASTM D93 Pensky Martens method. The sample volume is only 2 ml. During measurements, an electric arc ignites the sample vapor, and the analyzer determines the flash point by the pressure change inside the closed cup.

ERASPEC

This is a eralytics’ industry-proven multi-fuel analyzer with several thousand installations worldwide. It offers measurements of fuel component concentrations, complex properties like RON or cetane number, and density for gasoline, diesel fuel, jet fuel, and even specialized fuels like ethanol. A single push of a button delivers all results within 1 minute.

NDI 450

Reliable and robust, the NDI 450 is a fully automated distillation unit at atmospheric pressure with a combination of the latest technologies. Due to our expertise, the NDI 450 offers the best performance thanks to its low-voltage heating element (easily removable) and built-in Peltier cooling system.

ERASPEC

This is a single test version of the X-ray sulfur meter, taking the same measuring principle as that of rx-630SA. Compact housing with a carrying handle and 2-way power source (100-240VAC or 12VDC battery) allows such applications as spot-checking in the field. The only consumables are small pieces of Cell sheet and printing roll paper, making the running cost minimal.

ZX-101XL

The patented ZX-101XL utilizes highly accurate and reliable near-infrared spectroscopy to analyze octane and cetane levels in gasoline, ethanol blended gasoline (e-gas), and diesel fuel—laboratory applications.
